The agent looks for signals such as intensive product usage (limit reached), company growth (LinkedIn, news), team size increased, or engagement with upsell content. You can add signals that are relevant to your business.
Do we get hundreds of daily alerts or is it filtered?
The agent filters by quality and urgency. For example, you get the top 5 upsell opportunities weekly and all renewals in the next 90 days monthly. Alert frequency is customizable per opportunity type.
Can the agent also identify churn risk?
Yes, if customer usage drops, support tickets increase, or engagement is low, the agent flags this as churn risk. Customer Success teams then get an alert to reach out proactively.
Does this also work for B2C or only B2B?
