Can we customize the report template to match our branding?
Yes, you provide a PowerPoint or PDF template with your branding and standard sections. The agent automatically fills in the variable content (progress, risks, budget). Every organization can have their own templates.
How does the agent know which projects are running well or not?
The agent compares planned vs. actual progress, budget consumption, and number of open risks/issues. You can set thresholds (e.g. >10% delay = orange, >20% = red). The report visualizes this with colors and icons.
Can stakeholders see the reports themselves or only via email?
