Can we customize the messages and timing ourselves?

Yes, all message templates are customizable and you set the timing yourself (e.g. day 1, day 3, day 7). The tone-of-voice and escalation to sales are also configurable per campaign or lead source.

How does the agent prevent spam or overly pushy messages?

You set the maximum number of messages yourself (e.g. max 3 follow-ups) and the agent stops automatically upon response or opt-out. We respect do-not-call requests and follow GDPR guidelines for marketing automation.

Does this also work for leads coming in via LinkedIn?

Yes, the agent can respond to LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and connection requests with approved messages. LinkedIn has strict automation rules, so we only use permitted API integrations.
