What sources does the agent use for review preparation?
The agent pulls data from your OKR tool (e.g. Lattice or Leapsome), project tracking (e.g. Asana or Jira) and any 360-degree feedback you collect via forms or your HR system. We integrate with the systems your organization already uses.
Does the agent take over the review from the manager?
No. The agent gathers and structures the information, but the final conclusion and the actual conversation always remain with the manager. The agent is a preparation tool, not for decision-making.
How is sensitive personnel data handled?
