Do I keep control over what the AI does?

Yes. Actions that change data ask for approval by default (human-in-the-loop), guardrails limit behavior, and every action is in an append-only audit log. You decide what can run automatically and what goes through a person first.

What about privacy and GDPR?

Personal data in chat input is detected and redacted by default before the AI call. For consciously uploaded knowledge (e.g., CRM or HR) there is a per-source policy: redact, pseudonymize or block. EU hosting, with an approval queue for high-risk actions in line with AI Act requirements.

Does AgentWorks work with my existing tools?

Yes. External tools connect via connections: email, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), Exact Online, Notion and more — extensible with custom tools.
