We integrate via the official Brevo REST API (v3) and webhooks, with an API key that gets limited permissions. Where helpful, we add a middle layer like n8n, Make or Zapier. Usually no need to install a separate app.

Does my customer data stay GDPR-proof?

Brevo is a European provider and we host in the EU. We minimize personal data, document processing in a data processing agreement and you stay the data controller.

Does the AI send emails and SMS itself?

Not by default without review. The agent prepares sends, segments and content as a draft; you give approval. Only when you explicitly release a specific flow can it run automatically — you set the boundary.
