What is the difference between an AI workshop and AI adoption?
A workshop is one moment. AI adoption is the whole project: a baseline, workshops, guidance afterwards and agreements on what is allowed. So it does not stop after one afternoon. Want to know where your team stands? Run an adoption scan.
Do you also give Copilot or ChatGPT training?
Yes. We train in the tools you use, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or your own AI agent. Always with examples from your own work. Your own agent we build in an AI agent project.
Where does the training take place?
At your location. Then the team practises with their own systems and their own work.
May the team put customer data into ChatGPT?
That depends on the tool and the agreements. Which is exactly why we make agreements about AI use during the project, with the GDPR and the EU AI Act alongside. How we handle data is on security and management.
Which approach do you follow for the change?
We follow eight proven steps of change, translated for a smaller team: getting ready, getting moving and making it stick. So AI does not stay with a few enthusiasts. Want to take the whole company along? Then AI transformation fits.
How long does AI adoption take?
