How hosting and maintenance work.
Hosting and maintenance start on the day your agent goes live and run as long as you work with it. Hosting is required, because your agent has to run somewhere and we need to be able to keep an eye on it. Maintenance you add if you want us to keep it moving with changes in your packages and processes.

The agent goes live on AgentWorks or n8n, connected to your own systems. Everything is documented in your client area.

Monitoring and cost control
We watch whether the agent runs and what it consumes, so nothing stalls or adds up unnoticed.

A report picked up within 4 hours
Something not right? You report it in your client area and within 4 hours during office hours someone looks at it.

Updating and adjusting
With maintenance we adjust the agent when a package or connection changes, and correct it where it makes mistakes more often. So you know: it runs, it uses no more than agreed, and if something is wrong, it gets fixed.

Without maintenance the agent simply keeps running. If something changes in your package or connection, we do not adjust it automatically: we do that separately, on quote.

As soon as your agent is live, you get your own client area where you find everything to do with management. No hunting through emails, no comparing versions. Your SLA, your reports, the documentation of your agent and what it did last quarter: all in one place, even months after going live.

Where your agent runs.
Your AI agent has to run somewhere. By default we choose AgentWorks or n8n, depending on what fits your situation and systems best. If your organisation works in Microsoft 365, the agent can also run in Copilot Studio. Want the agent to run in your own environment, for example because all data has to stay on your own infrastructure, then that is possible on request. Your AI agent design shows which choice fits best.

What do hosting and maintenance of an AI agent cost?
Hosting costs € 50 per month per agent, maintenance from € 100 per month per agent. Both excl. VAT. The price per agent is fixed in the proposal. What the build costs is on the AI agent project.
Is maintenance required?
No. Maintenance is optional. Without it the agent keeps running, but we do not adjust it when a connection or package changes.
Where does the agent run?
On AgentWorks or n8n, connected to your own systems. What we build is yours and fully transferable, so you are not tied to us. How we secure the environment is on security and management.
Is hosting required?
Yes. Hosting keeps the agent running and is needed for monitoring, cost control and support. Maintenance is optional.
How fast do you respond to a report?
Within 4 hours, during office hours. That is a reply: someone looks at it and tells you what happens next. How long a fix takes depends on the report.
