What do hosting and maintenance of an AI agent cost?
Hosting costs € 49 per month per agent, maintenance from € 100 per month per agent. Both excl. VAT. The price per agent is fixed in the proposal. What the build costs is on the AI agent project.
Is maintenance required?
No. Maintenance is optional. Without it the agent keeps running, but we do not adjust it when a connection or package changes.
Where does the agent run?
On AgentWorks or n8n, connected to your own systems. What we build is yours and fully transferable, so you are not tied to us. How we secure the environment is on security and management.
Is hosting required?
Yes. Hosting keeps the agent running and is needed for monitoring, cost control and support. Maintenance is optional.
How fast do you respond to a report?
Within 4 hours, during office hours. That is a reply: someone looks at it and tells you what happens next. How long a fix takes depends on the report.
