Understand first
We look at the client’s data and processes before we choose a tool. That means an assignment starts with looking over someone’s shoulder, not with building.
Honest and direct
We say no when AI is the wrong solution, even when it costs an assignment. We expect the same from you: if a plan is flawed, I would rather hear it from you than from the client.
Stay until it works
After delivery we are still there: hosting, maintenance, adjusting. Delivering work and disappearing does not fit here, and you notice that in how assignments run.
The client stays in control
What we build belongs to the client, without lock-in, and a person checks what matters. That is not a side issue: it determines how you design.
