How do the two links work?
You get a personal private link: with it you return to your own conversation on any device and see your AI policy and your team’s answers. Do not share it. Your team gets an anonymous link to a short form of six questions, without a name: which AI they use, what for, and what they want to achieve with it. You forward that one, for example in Teams or by e-mail.
How long does my team have?
The team link works for two months. Come back through your private link whenever you like: from three answers you see the results and the generator analyses your shadow AI. Fewer than three are not shown, so nobody can be recognised.
Does the generator detect shadow AI automatically?
No. It is a guided inventory. Your team answers the questionnaire anonymously, and if you like you look together with the generator in the admin console of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace at which apps are connected to work accounts.
Is the questionnaire really anonymous?
Yes. No name is asked and we store nothing about the person answering. You only see the combined answers through your own private link.
What does it cost?
