How AI adoption works.
AI adoption is the last step of the programme: once the agents are in place, we make sure your team actually works with them. Already using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot, but not every day? Then you take AI adoption on its own and we start with a baseline of your team, your tools and the threshold.

What is the difference between an AI workshop and AI adoption?
A workshop is one moment. AI adoption is the whole project: a baseline, workshops, guidance afterwards and agreements on what is allowed. So it does not stop after one afternoon. Want to know where your team stands? .
Do you also give Copilot or ChatGPT training?
Yes. We train in the tools you use, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or your own AI agent. Always with examples from your own work. Your own agent we build in an AI agent project.
Where does the training take place?
At your location. Then the team practises with their own systems and their own work.
Which approach do you follow for the change?
We follow eight proven steps of change, (Kotter), translated for a smaller team: getting ready, getting moving and making it stick. So AI does not stay with a few enthusiasts. Want to take the whole company along? Then AI transformation fits.
Can we take AI adoption on its own, even if you did not build our agents?
Yes. AI adoption is the last step of our complete project, but it can also be taken on its own. Does your organisation already work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude, but it stays with a few enthusiasts? Then we start with a baseline of where your team stands and build the project from your situation. The agents do not have to be ours.
How long does AI adoption take?
The fixed project takes 2 to 4 months, depending on the number of people and departments. In it we go through the eight steps of change together: from baseline to anchoring it in how new colleagues are onboarded. After that you can scale up to the next team or process. The price starts at € 3,000.
