How long does AI transformation take?
At least 12 months. That way several rounds of data, agents and adoption run, and you see on the seven pillars that your organisation really moved on.
What is in the monthly amount?
AI discovery, data in order, AI agents and AI adoption for the processes running at the same time, plus hosting and maintenance of your agents and a measurement on the seven pillars every quarter. Connections with unusual systems can be listed separately in the quote.
Which package fits us?
That follows from the AI discovery: how many processes can run at once and how many teams have to come along. Scaling up to a bigger package in between is always possible. Work out your route for a first indication.
Can I start with just an AI discovery?
Yes. If you start the programme within 2 months after that, we set off the amount of the AI discovery against your first months.
What do you measure on the seven pillars?
Strategy, processes, governance, data, technology, people and culture. Per pillar we look at how far you are, from aware to transformational. We repeat that measurement every quarter, so you see what the programme delivers.
What is the difference with separate services?
A separate service is one step, once, such as data in order or an AI agent project. In AI transformation all services hang together in one programme, for one amount per month, with fixed contacts and a measurement on the pillars.
What if I want to stop after 12 months?
That is possible. What we built is yours and fully transferable, also if you continue with another party.
