Frequently asked questions

What does article 4 of the AI Act say?

Organisations that provide or use AI systems make sure their people know enough about it: what it can do, where it goes wrong and what the risks are. This applies since 2 February 2025.

Does it apply to a small company too?

Yes. The duty does not depend on size. If your people use ChatGPT, Copilot or another AI tool for their work, it applies to you as well.
