Step 1 · Find out what AI delivers
AI discovery
We look at your work and your systems, write out the processes and calculate per process what an agent saves. You get an opportunity map, a roadmap and a price per process.

Not every service is always needed.
Every AI agent project contains a light version of the whole route. We only advise a separate service when that light version is not enough.
Your processes are already written down
Then you need no AI discovery. The process design inside the project is enough.
The agent uses little data, or your data is already tidy
Then a data project is not needed. A data scan is always part of the build.
One small team will work with it
Then the handover and a walkthrough for the users is enough. AI adoption is for when the whole organisation comes along.

Questions about how we work.
Do we have to buy every service?
No. You start where you are, and what is already in place we do not redo. Every AI agent project includes a light version of each step. We only advise a separate service, such as data in order, when that light version is not enough.
How fast do we get a proposal?
Within 2 working days of the intro call the proposal is in your client area: business case, AI agent design, SLA and quote.
How much time does it cost our team?
Mostly in the first step: a few conversations with the people who do the work. During the build we ask something now and then, and while testing you look along on your own work.
Who do we deal with?
One fixed contact. Per step we bring in the specialist who is best at it, but you never have to call seven people. Who we are is on about us.
What does the agent do without us?
It prepares, you check. What matters, such as an email to a client or a booking, does not go out without a person looking at it. More on security and management.
Are we tied to you afterwards?
No. What we build is yours and fully transferable. It runs on AgentWorks or n8n by default; in your own environment by exception. See hosting and maintenance.
