What does AI implementation cost?
An AI agent project starts at € 750 excl. VAT. Connections are listed per item in the quote. Hosting and maintenance you pay separately per month, from € 49 and € 100. Starting small is possible with your first AI agent for € 750.
How long until the agent is live?
2 to 4 weeks. That depends mostly on the number of connections and how many exceptions the process has. How the steps run is on how we work.
Does the agent make decisions without us?
No. The agent prepares, you check. The agent design says exactly where it stops and what it puts in front of you. Make your AI agent design to see it for your own process.
Does it work with our software?
Usually yes. We connect with packages such as Exact Online, AFAS, SnelStart, HubSpot and Salesforce, and with your mailbox. If a connection is not possible, you hear that before you sign. All packages are on integrations.
Who owns the agent once it is done?
You do. What we build is fully transferable. It runs with us on AgentWorks or n8n by default; in your own environment by exception. See security and management.
What if the process delivers less than expected?
You see that during the test, before go-live. Then we adjust the design, or we tell you honestly that this process is not the right candidate. Not sure which process goes first? Then AI discovery fits.
