How do you connect to Jira—via an app or the API?

We connect via the official Atlassian REST API and webhooks, with OAuth 2.0 or a scoped API token. Where that is more convenient, we can also work via n8n, Make or Zapier. No changes to your Jira instance itself.

Does our data stay GDPR-proof?

We minimize personal data, run on EU hosting where appropriate and document processing in a processor agreement. You remain the data controller; we only process what is necessary for the agreed connection.
