Capabilities

What our AI does with Microsoft Teams

Messages in channels and chats: agents post updates, summaries or alerts via the official Microsoft Graph API, without manual copy-paste work.
Adaptive Cards: neat, interactive notifications with buttons for approve, reject or forward—so you decide with one click.
Incoming webhooks: events from your other systems (CRM, ticketing, finance) automatically land as a message in the right Teams channel.
Question-and-answer in Teams: team members ask a question in a chat or channel and the agent answers based on your sources and playbooks.
Connection with your stack: Teams as notification and control layer on top of processes, also via n8n, Make or Zapier where convenient.
Secure access via OAuth and scoped permissions in Microsoft Entra ID, with auditable logging and human-in-the-loop on sensitive actions.
In practice

Use cases

Notifications on important events

A new lead, a failed payment or an incoming ticket appears directly as an Adaptive Card in the right Teams channel, including buttons for the follow-up action.

Answer questions in a channel

Team members ask a question in Teams and the agent answers based on your documentation or systems—drafts where needed, so a person can check before it goes to the customer.

Daily summaries

An agent posts a summary every morning of pending tasks, KPIs or exceptions in a management or team channel, compiled from your other tools.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about AI + Microsoft Teams

Does this work with our Microsoft 365 or Teams license?

On most business Microsoft 365 environments, yes. We connect via Microsoft Graph and an app registration in Microsoft Entra ID; your administrator gives the necessary permissions for that (scoped permissions).

How do you connect to Teams—via an app or the API?

Via the official Microsoft Graph API and webhooks, with OAuth authentication and only the permissions needed. Where convenient, we put Teams in as a control layer via n8n, Make or Zapier.

Does our data stay GDPR-proof?

We minimize personal data, run on EU hosting where appropriate and document processing in a processor agreement. You remain the data controller; messages and logging stay auditable.

Can the AI automatically send messages or execute actions?

By default the agent works with drafts and approval: we present sensitive messages or actions to you via an Adaptive Card. You decide per workflow what can run fully automatically and what must go through a human first.
