Does this work with my Shopify subscription?
Yes. The connection uses the Shopify Admin API, available on all paid Shopify plans. For heavy GraphQL bulk operations, Advanced or Plus is nice to have, but for most workflows not required.
Do you build a Shopify app or a direct connection?
Usually a custom app within your store with only the scopes needed (for example read orders, write products). This gives you control and lets you revoke access anytime.
Will my customer data remain GDPR-compliant?
We process minimal personal data, run on EU hosting and document the processing in a processor agreement. You remain the data controller; we keep sensitive actions human-approved by default.
Can the AI automatically modify products or orders?
It can, but by default we prepare write actions as a draft or approval step. You decide for yourself which actions can run fully automatic and which must go through a human first.
