Does this work with our own AFAS setup?
Yes. We first look at how your AFAS is set up and which fields you use. We record that in the AI agent design.
Does it involve HR data too?
Only if that is part of the agreement. An agent does not see sensitive data it does not need for its task.
How does the connection stay secure?
The agent only gets the permissions it needs for its task. Which data it reads and what it may prepare is set out in advance in the AI agent design. Whatever matters is checked by a person before it goes through. More on Security and management.
