Is the AFAS integration GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Processing runs on EU servers, including Azure West Europe, and we sign a data processing agreement with you. We support a DPIA where needed. Through the agent, employees only see their own data, within your existing AFAS authorizations.
Does this work with my AFAS subscription or environment?
The integration runs via the official AFAS API (Connectors), available for most AFAS environments. During intake, we check which interfaces are available in your specific setup.
Can AFAS be connected to our other systems?
Yes. We regularly connect AFAS to CRM systems like HubSpot, to DocuSign for digitally signing contracts, and to Microsoft Teams for manager notifications. Connections to other tools in your stack are possible too.
Do we stay in control of what the AI does?
Yes. Sensitive actions like payroll runs and contract changes are prepared by the agent as drafts by default, for human approval. We maintain and monitor the integration, and update it whenever AFAS changes its API.
