AI for AgentWorks
AgentWorks is an independent multi-agent platform with its own backend, separate from tools like n8n. UnifyAI connects AI agents to AgentWorks via the official API and webhooks: agents start workflows, read out results and exchange data with your other systems — with human-in-the-loop on sensitive actions. EU hosting and GDPR-aware.

What our AI does with AgentWorks
Use cases
Pre-sort incoming requests
New forms, emails or tickets are classified and forwarded with a summary to the right workflow or routine in AgentWorks. You keep sight of what runs automatically.
Write results back to your systems
Outcomes of an AgentWorks workflow are automatically written back to your CRM, accounting or project system. Data no longer needs to be entered twice, and your records stay current.
Compile periodic reports
At set moments a routine gathers data from multiple sources. The integration turns this into a readable overview for your team, without anyone having to check separate systems.
Flag exceptions and errors
Failed or unusual runs are bundled into one clear signal instead of scattered error messages. Your team can then step in with purpose instead of searching for the cause themselves.
Connect your existing stack
AgentWorks is connected via the API to, for example, your CRM, accounting or helpdesk. Workflows and routines can then use data from multiple systems at once.
Handle first-line customer questions
Incoming support questions are classified and, where possible, answered directly via an AgentWorks workflow; more complex questions go to a team member. You set the line.
Questions about AI + AgentWorks
What is AgentWorks, and what can an AI agent do with it?
AgentWorks is an independent multi-agent platform with its own backend — separate from tools like n8n and not owned by UnifyAI. If you already use AgentWorks, UnifyAI connects your workflows and routines to your other systems via the official API and webhooks. More on the platform itself at agent-works.ai.
What does an AI integration with AgentWorks cost?
A standard integration starts from €2,500, a custom project with multiple workflows from €5,000. Standalone consultancy around your AgentWorks setup starts from €1,000.
How fast is the AgentWorks integration live?
A standard integration is typically operational within 2 to 3 weeks; more complex projects with multiple workflows take 4 to 6 weeks. We start within 5 working days after intake.
Is the integration GDPR-compliant, and where is my data stored?
We use EU hosting (including Azure West Europe), minimize personal data and document processing in a data processing agreement. On request we also support a DPIA.
Does this work with my AgentWorks environment?
We connect via the official AgentWorks API, with API keys and scoped permissions per organization. We check beforehand which workflows, routines and access your environment supports.
Can AgentWorks be connected to our other systems?
Yes. AgentWorks is often combined with tools like HubSpot, Exact Online or Slack — the integration makes sure data moves between these systems and your workflows consistently and completely.
Do we stay in control of what the agent does?
Yes. By default the integration works with drafts and approval: you decide which steps run automatically and which go through a person first. After go-live the integration stays maintained and is updated when the AgentWorks API changes.
