Is an app from the Shopify App Store not enough?
For moving orders to Exact Online it often is, and then we recommend it. An agent only pays off when manual work is left afterwards, such as payouts that do not reconcile or a full inbox of order questions.
Which bookkeeping packages work with it?
Exact Online most often, but also SnelStart, Moneybird and e-Boekhouden. The agent works through the official connections.
How does the connection stay secure?
The agent only gets the permissions it needs for its task. Which data it reads and what it may prepare is set out in advance in the AI agent design. Whatever matters is checked by a person before it goes through. More on Security and management.

No. The agent and the connection are yours and fully transferable. Hosting can be with us or in your own environment.
