Does this work with my SAP version?
For S/4HANA we connect via the OData (REST) APIs. For classic ECC or on-premise environments we use BAPI/RFC functions or IDoc messages, optionally via SAP Integration Suite. We determine the best route in an upfront technical scan.
Can SAP be connected to our other systems?
Yes. We regularly connect SAP to CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and to Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Do we stay in control of what the AI does?
Yes. By default, the agent prepares postings or changes as drafts, and you give approval. Once a flow has proven reliable, we can fully automate certain steps. We maintain and monitor the integration on an ongoing basis.
