Is this the same as OCR or scanning software?
OCR reads an invoice. An AI agent also does the rest: it checks the invoice against your own data, prepares the booking and explains why something is different.
Which bookkeeping software does it work with?

Does the agent book invoices without anyone looking?
It prepares the booking. You check the exceptions and decide with us which invoices may go through without an extra look. How that is arranged is on Security and management.
What if an invoice looks different from usual?
Then the agent sets it aside with the reason attached. It learns from your corrections, so the same supplier goes right the next time.
Does our administration need to be in order first?
Not entirely. The agent does need clean suppliers and accounts. We look at that in the design, and if more is needed, data in order fits. Do the data scan to see where you stand.
