How we build your custom agent
Intake and AI scan
We start with the free AI scan and an intake call. Together we map your process, the systems involved and the outcome you want. That tells you up front whether custom work is needed or a standard agent will do.
Design and integrations
We design the decision logic and decide which systems the agent reads from and writes to. Integrations run through official APIs such as Exact Online, AFAS or HubSpot (40+ systems). You get a clear picture of what the agent does before we build.
Build and test
We build the agent and test it against your real-life scenarios. Sensitive actions get an approval step, so a colleague reviews them first. You test along and give feedback until the agent does what you expect.
Go live and maintenance
Once you approve, we take the agent live; we start within five working days of the intake. We monitor how it runs and update the integrations when an API changes. That keeps the agent working reliably inside your day-to-day process.

The agent is built for your organisation. Your data stays yours and runs on EU hosting. We put the arrangements around ownership and access in writing up front, so you know exactly what is yours.
What happens when an API changes?
APIs change from time to time. We monitor the integrations and update them when a provider adjusts something, so the agent keeps working without you having to manage the maintenance. We arrange this aftercare through a maintenance agreement.
How do you handle GDPR?
We host in the EU, including Azure West Europe, and work in a GDPR-compliant way. A data processing agreement is available. Sensitive actions run through an approval step, so there is always human oversight of what the agent does.
