Your AI agent runs on EU servers, including Azure West Europe, and processes data in a GDPR-compliant way; a data processing agreement is available. You choose where the agent runs: in an environment we manage, or within your own environment if you prefer. The packages and rates below show what each hosting option covers.

What do management and hosting cost?
The cost depends on the size of your agent and the hosting option you choose. The tables on this page show what each package covers, so you know where you stand up front.
Can I manage the agent myself?
You can. If the agent runs within your own environment, you manage it yourself and call on us when you need help. Many SMEs deliberately hand management over, so updates and outages sit with us.
What happens during an outage?
We monitor the agent and step in when something goes wrong. Where possible we've built in fallbacks, so your process can continue while we resolve the cause.
Who owns my data?
Your data stays yours. We only process it to run the agent, within the EU and under a data processing agreement. You keep control over access and retention.
Can I cancel the management service?
The management service can be cancelled; we set the exact terms together in the agreement before you start. That way you know where you stand and aren't locked into anything unnecessarily.
Are new AI models rolled out automatically?
Not automatically. We assess a new model first and only put it to work when it makes your agent more reliable or more cost-effective, so you benefit from progress without surprises in how it runs.
