Can I specify who or what is important to me?

Yes, you can set VIP senders (CEO, important customers), mark specific subjects as urgent, and prioritize certain departments or projects. The agent also learns from your behavior: people you reply to quickly get higher priority.

Will emails be missed or filtered that I would have wanted to see?

No, no email is deleted or hidden. They're only sorted in your inbox or in labels/folders. You can always see all emails, but the important ones are at the top. If you find an email in FYI that you think is important, the agent learns from that.

How does the agent know if an email is urgent?

The agent looks at keywords (e.g., 'urgent', 'deadline'), sender (leadership, customer), or whether it's a reply to your email, plus historical patterns. Over time, you can provide feedback ('this was/wasn't urgent') so the agent gets better.

Can the agent also automatically reply to emails?

It can suggest reply drafts for standard questions (e.g., meeting requests, info requests) that you can send with one click or edit. We never send fully automated replies without your approval.

Does the agent have access to all my emails and is that safe?

The agent has read-only access to your inbox via Microsoft/Google OAuth (no passwords). Email content is analyzed in real-time on EU servers and not stored. You can revoke access anytime. We comply with NIS2 and GDPR data processing requirements.
