We configure the agent using your role profiles and competency framework. It compares this with the skills documented for each employee through assessments, self-reflection, or your HR system to produce a concrete gap analysis per person.
Are recommendations limited to training from our LMS only?
No, the agent can recommend training from your own LMS, such as Cornerstone or Learned, as well as external catalogs like Udemy Business, GoodHabitz, or LinkedIn Learning. You decide which sources are included.
How does the agent track progress on development plans?
It sends periodic reminders to employees and managers and pulls progress data from your LMS. HR gets a dashboard overview of completed training and open development plans per department.
Can the agent help with strategic workforce planning?
Beyond individual plans, the agent generates a skills matrix at department level. This gives HR and management a basis for deciding where training investment is strategically needed.
What does it cost and how long does implementation take?
