What quality metrics can be reported?
Standard: rejection percentage, number of complaints, NCRs (non-conformance reports), audit findings, supplier deviations. Custom metrics like OEE, defect rate per product/machine are also possible.
Can the agent also do root cause analysis?
The agent can signal patterns (e.g. "70% deviations from machine X" or "complaints rising since supplier switch"), but actual root cause determination requires human expertise. It helps with data collection for RCA.
Does this work if quality data is still on paper?
For paper forms we can add OCR scanning (take photo → data extraction). Ideal is digital entry via tablets/apps, but we help with transition. Completely paperless is ideal for optimal automation.
Can we set thresholds for automatic alerts?
Yes, for each metric you can set thresholds (e.g. ">5% rejection = warning, >10% = critical"). Alerts go to quality manager and/or production lead via Teams/email. Urgency level is configurable.
