How does the agent know what is 'normal' and 'deviating' terms?
The agent learns from your standard contracts and templates. You can specify which clauses you always want to see (for example liability or payment terms) and what acceptable variations are. The agent flags everything that deviates from that baseline.
Does this completely replace legal review?
No, the agent does the initial scan and highlights points of attention. A lawyer always makes the final call and handles complex legal decisions. It's a tool that saves time on the first pass, not a replacement for legal expertise.
What if our contracts are very specific or technical?
The agent can be trained on your specific contract types, for example construction, IT or finance. During implementation we review your standard contracts to calibrate the analysis to your situation.
How is confidential contract information protected?
Contracts are processed on EU-based servers and never used to train external AI models. Data is encrypted both at rest and during processing, access is restricted to authorized staff, and we can sign a data processing agreement (DPA). Contracts can be deleted after analysis, and only the fields needed for the review are processed.
