Can we customize the onboarding checklist per function or department?
Yes, you can create different onboarding templates for e.g. sales, developers or warehouse employees. Each template has its own tasks, documents and timelines.
How are IT tasks like laptop orders and account creation handled?
The agent automatically sends requests to IT via email or ticket system once a contract is signed. IT can confirm when tasks are done, so HR has visibility of progress.
What happens if a new employee doesn't complete tasks?
The agent sends friendly reminders on day 2 and day 4. HR gets a notification if tasks remain open after a week, so they can follow up personally if needed.
Can new employees ask questions via the onboarding tool?

How is personnel data protected in the system?
All data is processed and stored within Dutch servers in compliance with GDPR. Only authorized HR employees have access. Personal data is not kept longer than needed (usually until end of employment + statutory period).
